Our fitness room is open seven (7) day a week from 7am to Dusk. It offers two treadmills, one elliptical cross-trainer, two stationary bicycles, a state of the art multi-station gym and free weights. We also offer a personal trainer available by appointment to assist you with your training regimen (see Personal Training with Dora below) and yoga sessions (see Yoga with Twila below). Lockers are also available for an additional monthly charge for your convenience.
