4+/- ACRE CLUB DEVELOPEMNT OPPORTUNITY

PICC is currently seeking proposals for development of 4+/- acres fronting Commodores Drive and the eastside of the Clubhouse. The primary purpose of this undertaking will be the creation of a long-term revenue stream for the Club through memberships attached to each unit or facility as a whole, ensuring ongoing dues revenue through deed restriction, homeowners association dues, or any other type of legal structure.
